Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return A Big Attitude merchandise in its original, unused and unworn condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom Orders and modified or altered items are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Merchandise must be in new unworn condition with all tags attached and must have been purchased within 30 days of the return. Custom Orders and modified or altered items are not returnable.

Please provide a copy of your sales receipt. Please note: Blow out and special sale items are final sales. A Big Attitude assumes no liability for the loss of and/or damage to the merchandise while in transit to our return location.

Refunds will be given in the same manner as original payment. When payment was made in cash and the sale exceeds $200.00, a refund check will be issued back to you within 15 working days.

Credit card returns will be processed back on the same bankcard. Your credit card statement will show the charge for this purchase as A Big Attitude sale. We are the sales processing agent and shipper of the ABA merchandise you have just purchased from this site.
